How do I book a doctor appointment on HealBuddy?
Enter your mobile number or email, verify the 6-digit code we send you, then pick a clinic, a doctor and a time slot. You can pay online to confirm the slot, and you'll get the appointment details by email.

Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Yes. Open the appointment in the app to cancel it or move it to a new date and time — either way your original slot is released straight away so someone else can book it. Your doctor and the clinic are notified automatically. Refund timelines for paid consultations that are cancelled are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy; rescheduling doesn't trigger a refund or a new charge.
